TABATA BOOTCAMP

Tabata Bootcamp tm Program is an 8 week Group Training Program based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol. Members receive an individually formatted program from a certified Tabata Bootcamp Trainer! The perfect combination of short, efficient workouts, ongoing support, and motivation in a small group training setting! The benefits are real and produce amazing weight loss and fitness success. Tabata Bootcamp will get you in the best shape of your life!

STEP CARDIO

Step Cardio is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular platform (Reebok Step)! Step Aerobics is a classic workout that delivers excellent cardiovascular conditioning! 

Step cardio has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints!

It improves overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat and boosting your cardiovascular health. 

TABATA GX

Higher Intensity, Shorter Duration, Powerful Results. A results-driven full body workout for ALL Fitness level! Your Workout, your intensity, Outrageously Fun! This is a 30 minute heart pumping, keep you moving class! You can do anything for 30 minutes!

PILATES

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates called his method "Contrology". It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

BEGINNER TABATA

BOOTCAMP

A true Tabata Bootcamp workout is founded on quality, quantity. In other words, the effect of the workout should not be based on the amount of time devoted to exercising  , but rather what the exercise does for your body after the workout is over. 

Done the Tabata Bootcamp way , your not only burning calories during the exercise , but your body keeps burning extra calories for next 24-48 hours. Tabata Bootcamp training is a unique and revolutionary approach to successfully lose weight and build muscle in minimal time. 

RESISTANCE TRAINING

Resistance training is a form of physical activity that is designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a muscle or muscle group against external exercise. 

This class is for every fitness level! Class participants will be challenged many different ways using free weights, barbell sets, kettle bells and resistance tubing. 

This head to toe workout will meet the recommended 8-12 reps for healthy adults.

Resistance training is based on the principle that muscles of the body will work to overcome a resistance force when they are required to do so. When you do resistance training repeatedly and consistently, your muscles become stronger! Resistance training makes your everyday activities easier!

TOTAL BODY

WORKOUT

Total Body Workout! Step into this class and expect to work your total body! This class could utilize a step, tubing, dumbbells, body bars or body weight exercises and more!
This class has lots of variety using safe, sound and functional moves to get you in good shape and keep you there!

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit Training is a form of total body conditioning, endurance training and resistance training using high intensity and moving from one exercise to another using different types of equipment and exercises! This class is fun and always on a waitlist to get in! Teamwork will help you get thru each station with ease!

Are you new to Step Cardio? Has it been awhile since you have been in a Step Cardio class? Well, this class is for you! Step aerobics has been around for 30 years! It’s making a come back in the fitness industry because it fun, safe and effective!
Learn the basics as you condition your cardiovascular system!
It’s a great place to start!

DRUMFIT

DrumFit is a cardio-based drumming program that combines physical activity with brain fitness, resulting in the most fun members can have while increasing their overall wellbeing! The only rule in DrumFit is to have FUN!

REZIST

ReZist is one unique workout that simultaneously provides cardio burn and overloads muscle into growth and shape. ReZist will engage every muscle and every joint , while burning fat and calories through its constant succession of timed multi joint exercises. Each exercise is carefully constructed and sequenced to combine upper and lower body movements, giving you both a muscular and cardiovascular burn!

EXPRESS CORE /STRETCH

We combined core and stretch into on 30 minute class!
This short but powerful 30 minute class can be taken after a class or get you warmed up for the next one!
In 30 minutes you will strengthen your core followed by some amazing stretches to complete any workout plan you are active in.

#40 SMALL

GROUP TRAINING

#40 Are you 40 years or older? Do you have 10-40lbs to lose? Can you commit to 40 days? Do you have 40 minutes at least 2 times a week to come to classes? If you answered YES to any of these questions, this class is for you! It’s a Fantastic way to get back at it or START here!

ZUMBA

Zumba is an exercise fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990’s and is a trademarked program. Grooving to the the beats of this high energy classes that are set to upbeat music and featured choreographed dance numbers that everyone can join in and have FUN!

COUPLES CIRCUT TRAINING P&B

Bring your significant other for a 45 minute circut training workout and recover with pizza and beer. 

HITT & POWER

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and lifting heavy weights for POWER! This class provides some tough HIIT exercises along with some power moves! Don’t be afraid to take your fitness to the next level! This non stop fun class will get you there!
